Molecules similar to those included in veva are individually available from other sources, but customers choose veva for three reasons: efficacy, safety and convenience.
veva employs a team of MD/PhDs to continuously review the scientific literature. They look for new developments that made it through numerous, rigorous studies and have systematically demonstrated the potential to improve longevity and health without significant adverse effects. They also look for any studies that indicate possible improvements through a change in total dosage, dosage timing, interactions with other medications, etc. We believe it is the most efficient way to stay up to date in a very fast-changing area of study. If you want to assemble the molecules yourself, we recommend tracking randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and other peer reviewed articles in journals with the highest impact factors.
veva rigorously evaluates its molecule suppliers and their manufacturing practices. If you want to buy non-veva products individually, be very careful about the suppliers you select. Ask to see recent third-party test that verify the batch of medication registers a high level of purity (98-99%) and does not contain potentially serious toxins such as heavy metals (e.g. mercury, lead, arsenic). We recommend you do not buy from the cheapest providers. Carefully read user reviews to identify fakes that may mask low quality product, read labels carefully for misleading representations about dosage (this is exceptionally common), and be sure to ask suppliers about cGMP certification, and country of origin. Bottle of Lies by Katherine Eban, and Bad Pharma by Ben Goldacre are excellent accounts of some of the ways some companies have abused the trust of consumers and seriously endangered public health.
veva buys in bulk, and despite being shipped as premeasured daily doses in a fancy box, costs about the same as molecules of the same quality sourced individually.
